We are looking for a motivated and caring individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive patient experience in a medical clinic setting. No prior experience is required, but a willingness to develop new skills is essential. This is a remote role with occasional team meetings in London or Nottingham.

You will be instrumental in supporting the clinic’s operations by managing patient appointments, coordinating communications, and maintaining accurate records. You will play a key role in achieving this vision by ensuring the day-to-day operations run seamlessly.

What you’ll receive

Key Responsibilities

Answering Calls Professionally: Respond to patient calls in a caring, professional, and welcoming manner, ensuring their enquiries are handled effectively.

Scheduling Appointments: Assist with booking appointments for patients, ensuring all necessary details are recorded accurately in the system, following clinic protocols. 

Typing Correspondence: Prepare and type letters, memos, and other documents for patients and clinic staff as needed.

Patient Support: Provide nurturing and supportive service to patients, assisting them with any administrative needs or questions they may have.

Learning & Development: Embrace learning opportunities and take initiative to develop new skills in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Working Confidentially: All our patients’ details must be managed in line with data protection laws and with the utmost confidence.

Occasional Travel: To meet with the rest of the Team as required.
