Role Overview:
The Operations & Contracts Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end administrative, contractual, and logistical processes related to the company’s beans and oil operations. The role ensures accurate invoicing, efficient stock and contract management, and seamless coordination between suppliers, transporters, clients, and plant operations.

Credit Notes & Dispute Resolution

  • Investigate all credit notes and disputes
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers to obtain required information
  • Compile and verify supporting documentation
  • Create Credit Requests (CR) and submit for approval

Invoicing & Financial Administration

  • Ensure all stock items are invoiced accurately

Sales Order Management

    Beans – Contracts & Logistics

    • Resolve double bookings and booking errors
    • Monitor vehicle movements and deliveries

    Oil – Sales & Operations

      Weighbridge Oversight

      • Manage stock counts and system corrections

      TVP Orders & Customer Management

        Key Skills & Competencies
