About Greenvia
Greenvia (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a growing travel technology startup developing a booking platform for transportation, airport assistance, tours, and other travel-related services throughout Thailand.
We coordinate bookings through a network of independent service providers and business partners, helping travelers access reliable travel services through a single platform. Greenvia does not directly operate transportation or travel services. Our role is to coordinate bookings, support customers, and develop partnerships across Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
● Coordinate daily bookings, transfers, tours, and travel-related services.
● Communicate with customers, drivers, service providers, and business partners.
● Monitor ongoing operations and assist in resolving operational issues.
● Search for and onboard new drivers, suppliers, and business partners.
● Maintain CRM records, operational databases, and internal documentation.
● Collect, verify, and maintain operational information within the Company's systems.
● Support continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows.
● Perform other operational and administrative duties as reasonably assigned.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who:
● Has unrestricted legal authorization to work in Thailand without employer sponsorship.
● Is currently residing in Phuket or willing to relocate before the employment start date.
● Is well organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
● Learns new systems and procedures quickly.
● Communicates professionally with customers, business partners, and service providers.
● Works independently while remaining a reliable team member.
● Adapts well to a fast-changing startup environment.
● Has at least secondary education (a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered an advantage).
Language Requirements
● Thai: Native or equivalent proficiency (CEFR C2)
● English: Good spoken and written communication skills (minimum CEFR B2)
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas will be considered an advantage:
● Tourism or hospitality
● Travel agencies or tour operators
● Transportation or logistics
● Driver or fleet coordination
● Customer service
● Operations or administration
● B2B partnerships
● Business development
Technical Skills
Experience with one or more of the following is an advantage:
● Microsoft Office
● Microsoft Excel
● Google Sheets
● CRM systems
● Odoo
Working Hours
● Monday-Friday: 09:00-18:00 (office-based)
● Saturday: Work from home (scheduled administrative and operational tasks)
● Sunday: Regular day off
As this is an operational role supporting travel services, occasional responses to urgent customer or operational matters outside normal working hours may be required.
Salary & Benefits
● Fixed monthly salary (based on qualifications and experience)
● Performance-based KPI bonus
● Three-month probation period
● Salary paid twice per month in accordance with the Company's payroll schedule
