We are currently hiring for a Junior Operations Assistant and are looking for motivated,
committed, and passionate individuals to take our Operations team to the next level! We are
keen to speak with those looking for an entry level role and experience is not a requirement.
With full training, you’ll be taught and have an understanding how the entire Operations
function works. Your role will specialise in the following areas:
Duties:
– Office Maintenance
– Events and Bookings
– Administrative Assistance to the Operations Team
– Assistance on social media and Marketing Materials
– New Starter Set Ups
– Co-ordination with Internal Recruitment & Interview Process
– Updating Visuals in the Office
– Company Documents using Canva.
You will receive weekly and monthly targets, as well as clearpromotioncriteria – you just
need to bring the energy and the drive to succeed.
