About VCG Club
VCG Club is a private community of entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders based in Phuket.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support the daily activities of the club, maintain smooth communication with members, and help coordinate events and operational processes.
What You'll DoMember Support & Communication
- Respond to member inquiries via messaging platforms and email.
- Assist members with questions related to events, membership, and club services.
- Ensure timely and professional communication.
Application Processing
- Manage incoming membership applications.
- Schedule introductory calls when needed.
- Maintain accurate records and application statuses in CRM.
Event Administration
- Track event registrations and attendance lists.
- Communicate event details to participants.
- Support post-event follow-up and feedback collection.
CRM & Database Management
- Maintain member records, contact details, interests, and engagement history.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Support segmentation and reporting.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate tasks and deadlines across ongoing projects.
- Assist with contractor communication and basic logistics.
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets, reports, and meeting notes.
- Keep operational processes organized and up to date.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Update FAQs, templates, and internal documentation.
- Organize information and improve knowledge bases.
- Help streamline repetitive processes.
Who We're Looking For
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and structured information.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable, proactive, and accountable.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Requirements
- Experience with CRM systems and task management tools (Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Professional written English.
Nice to Have
- Experience as an Operations Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Project Coordinator, Community Coordinator, or Customer Support Specialist.
- Experience supporting events or communities.
- Based in Phuket or available to attend occasional offline events.
- Interest in entrepreneurship, startups, business networking, or investment communities.
