Our Operations capability works cross functionally to empower the growth of our business from a people, process, and infrastructure point of view. It is in this team in our New York office that we would like to hire an Operations Executive reporting into our Operations Manager. This is hybrid role with the expectation to be in the office at least 3x a week.
The role will be varied in nature including office management, senior executive travel management and expenses, onboarding new starters and event management.

and drive to join our growing business. This is an entry-level position where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our US offices and contribute to the development and implementation of effective people strategies. To excel in this role, you are

and able to work proactively to solve issues before they arise.
You will
be
hands-on
in the NY office working alongside our high performing team of Two Circlers.

Responsibilities include:
Workplace Management:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding office-related inquiries and requests.
· Anticipate team and
guest needs
before they arise using relevant information collected about members to enhance and personalize their in-office experience.
· Monitor the space to ensure it is clean, organized, and safe for all Two Circlers.
· Create an environment that encourages
collaboration
and
community engagement
.
· Assist in organizing company meals and notify team of food deliveries and couriers.
Events and
Employee Engagement
:
· Organize and coordinate events, including conferences, client meetings, and company social events.
· Consistently celebrate members’ successes and milestones through gifts and notes.
· Develop and maintain relationships with all Two Circlers and clients, providing high level customer service.
· Develop and implement strategies to increase team spirit and retention.
Operations Support:
· Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring their equipment is set up and they have necessary supplies.
· Provide administrative support to ensure accurate and
up-to-date
documentation, policies, and procedures.
· Support
Senior Management
team with diary management and travel.
· Take charge of travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and car rentals.
· Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for
senior management
.
