Key Responsibilities:

• Process cheques and coordinate delivery for AR team

• Manage IT logistics and equipment requests

• Handle onboarding and offboarding logistics thoroughly

• Maintain vendor contracts with tracking systems

• Own the GM’s calendar and scheduling efficiently

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in operations coordination or office management

• Strong analytical skills for invoice processing

• Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks

• High emotional intelligence in corporate environments

• Bilingual in English and French preferred
