Position: Operations Coordinator for Community Engagement
Join the Justice Centre as a Community Operations Coordinator and foster inclusive community connections. This role requires operational excellence and strong communication skills within a one-year contract in Toronto.
In this vital role, you’ll be the backbone of the Justice Centre, ensuring seamless administrative operations while engaging directly with community members and partners. Your work will help support justice initiatives that aim to tackle root causes of crime by coordinating community programs and maintaining essential office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front-desk operations and direct inquiries
• Ensure the community space is welcoming and well-maintained
• Support event planning and community programming
• Track and organize office supplies and documentation
• Manage internal and external communications
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant diploma
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of mental health and women’s issues
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experienced in Microsoft Office tools
