About Pureloft
Pureloft is a fast-growing short-term rental operator managing 40+ properties across Asia. We're
building a tightly run, guest-obsessed hospitality business — and we need an operator who can keep the
day-to-day humming.
About the role
As Property Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of our portfolio — owning guest communication,
coordinating field teams, and making sure every property delivers a consistently high standard. You'll
work remotely, directly with the founder and ops team.
Responsibilities
- Manage guest communication end-to-end — inquiries, bookings, check-in/out, and issue resolution
- Coordinate cleaners and maintenance teams; schedule turnovers and follow-ups
- Monitor property operations daily and flag issues before they escalate
- Keep listings, calendars, and records accurate across all booking platforms
- Uphold a high standard of service and guest experience across the portfolio
Requirements
- 1+ year of short-term rental (STR) property management experience — required
- Highly organised and detail-oriented; nothing slips through
- Calm under pressure and able to solve problems independently
- Strong written English and clear, professional guest communication
- Reliable internet and a comfortable remote working setup
