This role sits at the core of a fast-growing search firm, supporting both UK operations and international expansion. It is a hands on, fast-paced position focused on ensuring the smooth day to day running of the business while enabling growth across multiple locations.
The Junior Operations Executive will take ownership of key operational functions including procurement processes, HR administration and onboarding, and office and facilities management. They will also organise internal events and travel, helping maintain a highly efficient, well-structured, and engaging office environment.
A key aspect of the role is supporting international growth, particularly through operational and tech onboarding for new offices, requiring strong coordination and the ability to work across time zones and teams.
Success in this position depends on being highly proactive, pragmatic, and solutions focused, anticipating issues before they arise and resolving them independently. The role requires resilience and confidence when managing demanding stakeholders, alongside strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across a high-performing, sales driven environment.
