Responsibilities:
Order processing management– End-to-end processing of customers’ Ocean CHBorders and providing timely updates tocustomers.
Coordination for arrivals, Delivery Order collection, customs declaration processing and payment ofcustoms and port charges and to keep customers updated in timelymanner.
To ensure that BDP systems are updatedalways, and relevant documents are uploaded in BDPSmart.
Reporting – Operational statusreporting on regular basis with latestupdates.
Operational troubleshooting andprovide solutions to customers in matters related to carriers,ports and customs.
Follow up and submission ofclaim related documents to customs team Ensurethat invoices are raised and sent to customers in timely manner asper requirements of customers.
Non-conformancereporting in accordance with theKPI’s.Adherence of approvedsubcontractors in accordance with agreedrates.
End to end processing ofshipments.
Punctual and flawless order handlingand documentation
Ensure that all activitiesare carried out in 100% compliant manner
Thisrole is based out of Hamriyah office
Follow upand submission of claim related documents to customsteam

Job Requirements
Qualifications  /
Experience:
+2 years of detailed experience oflogistics and forwarding operations/regulations anddocumentation
Preferable a professional degreeby a licensed educational institution specialized in logistics andforwarding.
Computer literacy with Microsoft Software applications and /or other market leading softwareapplications.
