To provide functional & administrative support to operations support department, specifically but not limited to the office of the Assistant Vice President to ensure that all administrative requirements are met and properly organized.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
ADMINITRATIVE TASKS – handles the calls, schedule, letters/memos, reports assigned by the Assistant Vice President; Monitoring of meeting schedules such as (sample meeting schedules arranged); preparation and monitoring of submission of (sample reports prepared); administrative support to day to day transaction of the entire department
BUSINESS COMMUNICATION – responsible for the preparation of notice and minutes of the meeting; ensures accuracy and correctness of memos and any other forms of communication assigned by the department
CUSTOMER SERVICE – promptly answers telephone calls, screen inquiries and relay the same to concerned department in the mall; responsible for the coordination and communication of department activities or events with the relevant departments affiliates and other external business partners
COMPLIANCE & DOCUMENTATION – ensures timely and proper filing of reports such as (sample reports); strict monitoring of routed documents for approval of relevant heads; responsible for all the incoming and outgoing documents of the department
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
With at least three (3) years of work experience in office management and customer service
Graduate of any four (4) year course degree
Required skills: communication skills; proficient in MS Office; amenable to flexible work schedule; customer service; organization skills
WORK LOCATION
Candidate must be willing to be assigned in the Head Office – MOA Square, Pasay City.
