Advantage Storage is hiring an Operations Systems & Onboarding Coordinator to support the backend of our platform – specifically onboarding new properties and managing the systems that keep our operations running.
This is not a generic admin role. We're looking for someone who can step in and own the onboarding process, support our tech stack and take pressure off our team as we continue to add new properties.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading onboarding of new storage facilities to our systems
- Supporting property management software + integrations
- Troubleshooting issues and improving processes
- Working directly with operations and leadership
Who is this for:
- Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
Ideally has experience in operations, systems, or implementation
- Self-storage experience is a plus, but not required
Where:
- Dallas-Fort Worth preferred
Open to full-time or part-time
