Employment: 6-month contract with potential increases

General Job Description:
Seeking detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry resources who can assist the manager by playing a crucial role in improving the quality of our call data by overseeing the categorization of call data from the call center.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and possesses strong pattern and trend recognition skills.
Job Requirements:
Oversee and review the categorization of call data from our call center by reviewing text transcripts, listening to audio recordings, and directing the categorization process using drop-down menus.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in the categorization of call data by providing guidance and support to the data entry team.
Utilize technology and software tools to streamline the data entry process and improve efficiency
Attend occasional meetings and training sessions to stay updated, receive guidance, and follow instructions, ensuring alignment and consistency with other Category Entry Supports.
Generating, modifying, and assessing documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
