Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Process and manage customer orders from start to finish
– Enter order information accurately into the system
– Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
– Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates
– Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders
– Maintain organized records of all orders and related documentation
– Assist in data collection and analysis for order tracking and reporting purposes
– Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Qualifications:
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficient in basic math calculations for order processing
– Computer literacy, including experience with office software and data entry systems
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
– Familiarity with Excel for data management and analysis is a plus
– Previous experience working with Industrial Order Processing / Routing is preferred
