Position Summary:
The Order Entry Specialist is part of the Sales & Customer Service Team. This role contributes to the success of the company by developing and optimizing partnerships with sales managers, business partners, and other support departments through exceptional, solution-oriented service. The Specialist supports our vision by processing all sample orders, assisting with inquiries regarding samples, and follow through.

This is a permanent, full-time hourly position
Our headquarters Office is located at 7630 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33138
This role participates in our hybrid schedule
Hybrid Schedule: Monday & Friday; 2 days working remotely. Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday; 3 days working in the headquarters office.
Major Duties Include:
Demonstrates high energy and ownership toward supporting the Field Sales Managers, Sales Reps, and Distributors
Resolves any issues in a timely manner as it relates to sample requests and inquiries
Accurately processes samples in the ERP software for Field Sales Managers, Sales Reps, and Distributors
Follow up on sample requests submitted by email, fax, and the FOH® CRM platform
Updates sample requests on the FOH® CRM platform
Available for phone calls from the general queue, providing excellent customer service and information regarding samples (e.g., inventory levels, pricing, product information, etc.)
Responds to all communications and inquiries within 2-4 hours
Works in tandem with other team members to ensure business efficiencies and results
Records personal daily punches and approves accurate bi-weekly time and attendance records
Actively participates and engages in all one-on-one and group meetings
Performs other duties as assigned
Promotes our FOH® Culture in all interactions
