We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain paper and electronic filing systems.
Input and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness before distribution.
Support office management tasks, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping.
Act as a medical receptionist when required, handling patient information with confidentiality.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote productivity.

Experience

Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in administrative tasks with strong organizational skills.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
Strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
