We are seeking a PA/Secretary to support the Chief Executive of a prestigious investment group located in North West London. The successful candidate will help manage a workload across professional, personal and charitable commitments.

This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to communicate with high-level clientele and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive PA/Secretary support to the Chief Executive

Assist in managing a large volume of correspondence, including drafting and typing emails, letters, and documents (from dictation or independently)

Act as a key liaison with clients, professional contacts, internal teams and external stakeholders

Maintain control and organisation of the Chief Executive’s inbox and schedule

Coordinate with the existing long-standing secretary to ensure seamless support

Handle general office duties and assist in the smooth running of the day-to-day operations

Key Requirements

Proven experience in a PA/Secretary role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High level of discretion, integrity and professionalism

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Strong IT and fast typing speeds (dictation and independent composition)
