Paralegal Conveyancing Milton Keynes – Full time – Permanent Our client looking for a Paralegal to join their growing conveyancing team in Milton Keynes. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive and looking to develop their career within residential property law. In this role, you will support your Team Leader with a range of conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages , while also working closely with clients and third parties to ensure matters progress smoothly.
What youll be doing Carrying out AML and conflict checks Reviewing source of funds / source of wealth documentation Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents Raising and responding to enquiries Preparing search reports Preparing transfer and mortgage deeds Receiving and reviewing mortgage instructions from lenders Assisting with exchange of contracts and completion Liaising with HM Land Registry, lenders, and other conveyancers Supporting with leasehold matters including landlord consents and service charge apportionments What were looking for Excellent attention to detail
