Overview
The Paralegal will provide legal, administrative, and case management support to our client’s Disciplinary Review Committee (DRC), which reviews and adjudicates matters related to the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct. This role supports the integrity, efficiency, and fairness of the organization’s professional conduct and enforcement processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal, administrative, and case management support to the DRC.
- Assist in reviewing matters related to the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct.
- Support complex review or adjudicatory workflows within a regulated, legal, or governance-driven environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a paralegal, legal assistant, compliance, or regulatory support role.
- Strong written communication skills, including experience preparing case summaries or formal documentation.
- Paralegal certificate, associate degree, or equivalent legal support experience.
