Description:

This position requires a highly responsible and efficient individual who will be in charge of providing assistance to the Clinical Director with administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or Associate degree preferred.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Proficient computer skills in EXCEL and SAMIS.

Must have at least two years of experience in data entry and computer processing

Skills/Abilities:

Must be computer literate and able to use the systems including but not limited to Excel, DCF and SAMIS.

Must have good listening, communication and writing skills.

Must be willing to learn.

Must be willing and able to work well with others and cooperate in the sharing of resources and information in order to obtain the final work product.

Specific Areas of Responsibility to Position:

Review referrals that come in via email or fax, for completeness and appropriate fit for FRC offered curricula and language options.

Responsible for initial outreach to all prospective clients to schedule registration appointments.

Maintains client files, filing, and updates clients’ records.

Uploads weekly attendance data and assessment scores into SAMIS.

Maintains program excel data profile up to date.

Completes administrative tasks on behalf of the Parenting Supervisor on the occasion that the Parenting Supervisor is absent.

Orders supplies, as needed, for the Parenting program

Tracks, Reviews, and enters into SAMIS all pre and post assessment tools

Organizes all files in file room and prepares files for storage with Iron Mountain®

Obtains client’s files and documentation as needed.

Attends clinical staff meetings

Tracks referrals and class assignments

Responds to e-mails and phone calls on a daily basis and in a timely manner.

Participates in the Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement programs of the agency.

Contributes to the understanding and acceptance of cultural diversity within the agency and the community.

Complies with all relevant JCAHO standards and regulations.

Utilizes the agency’s resources in a fiscally conservative manner.
