Pay Range: $24.21 to $32.75
Accountable to:
Pastor / Administrator
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Parish Manager supports the Pastor/Administrator in managing the parish office, the parish facilities and staff in order to serve the parishioners of Holy Name, the Archdiocese and our Lord.
Supervises one or more office support staff employees in addition to volunteer workers and personally performs the more sensitive, difficult, and complex office functions.
Responsible for Human Resources administration; creating a supportive and constructivework environmentwherecommunicationis open, and team members can collaborate effectively; weekly collections counting & bank deposit; users agreements for parish facilities; overseeing office supplies inventory and equipment; supporting the Pastor/Administrator with volunteers; producing the weekly bulletin; ensuring compliance among staff of payroll, safety among and other Archdiocese requirements; maintaining the offering envelope system.
Reports to Pastor/Administrator.
Requires previous secretarial and supervisory experience.
