**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks and document management, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. This work can be done on a partially remote basis.

**Duties:**

-Convert physical hard copy documents to digital records.

Organize and maintain physical and digital documents

– Assist with data entry and record-keeping

– Coordinate document retrieval and distribution

– Ensure all documents are filed correctly and securely

– Provide administrative support as needed

**Experience:**

– Previous experience in a similar role preferred

– Proficiency in computerized filing systems

– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

– Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

Pay: $20.82 – $25.00 per hour
