Responsibilities:
General Duties & Responsibilities
Greet all Marina Guests, prospects, and vendors at front desk.
Provide a friendly and courteous greeting for all incoming telephone calls and forward to appropriate Marina Management Team if need be.
Maintain records of prospective marina Guests and coordinate with Marina Manager in following up weekly.
Update Marina Program daily to accurate reflect Marina’s occupied, vacant, and reserved slips
Process Marina Slip applications for approvals. Submit processed applications to the Marina Manager for approval. Follow up with applicant regarding status.
Coordinate with Marina Manager to ensure Marina slip is ready for tenant to move-in on agreed date.
Secure new Guests signature(s) on all appropriate documents prior to move-in. Orient new residents to Marina by providing Welcome Packet.
Assist in monitoring renewals. Distribute and follow-up on renewal notices.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times.
Qualifications:

Must be efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Accept slip rental payments.
Enter slip lease, insurance, and Guest billing information into Marina Program.
Maintain and update current Guest files.
Assist Marina Management Team with other various tasks as required.
Assist with gate access for contractors or guests.
Ensure all vessel contractors are utilizing Contractor Sign-In Log and have required insurance on file.
Generate weekly slip Guest insurance report and contact those with soon to expired insurance policies to ensure Marina receives a copy of renewed policy.
Receive all telephone calls and in-person visits. Listen to Guests’ requests, concerns and comments.
Maintain open communication with Marina Manager, Assistant Marina Manager and Marina Maintenance.
Assist in planning Marina social events & activities. Attend functions and participate as host for any functions as directed by the Marina Manager.
