Job Description:

A fun and fast-growth events and media business are on the hunt for a part time administrator to join their dynamic team.

Your role will involve CEO diary management, supporting all Event Directors with administrative tasks and ensuring a cohesive and collaborative environment between departments in the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing Support – Assist with lead generation, list building, appointment setting, and CRM maintenance to support commercial and marketing teams.

Administrative & Contract Management – Handle contract processing, Adobe DocuSign setup for new shows, and provide admin support for finance and general office tasks.

Event & On-Site Support – Provide logistical and administrative support at exhibitions, ensuring smooth operations for the team.

Executive Assistance – Manage diaries, book travel, and coordinate meetings for directors and project teams.

Office & IT Coordination – Oversee office supplies, IT inventory logging, and assist with onboarding new team members.

Sustainability & Business Operations – Play an active role in the sustainability committee while supporting key operational initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong organisational skills with excellent diary and schedule management abilities.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous but not essential.

Professional and confident communicator, both over the phone and in written correspondence.
