Job Description

As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for processing documents being sent back to our clients, creating letters, processing correspondence from customers, and any clerical duties requested by management. You must possess excellent communication skills (written and oral) and work independently and in a team environment!

Job Requirements-Candidates should have the following qualifications:

Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and other correspondence.

Maintain a neat and tidy work area to create a professional atmosphere.

Send documents to client and verify that correct procedures and guidelines have been met.

Assisting with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.

Polished professional with outgoing attitude.

Excellent typing skills with 60 wpm.

Excellent oral and written comprehension skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Must be proficient with the following Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Base pay $16-$18

Experience – Administrative: 2 years preferred.

Schedule – 7:30am – 4:30pm

After 30 days of employment with the organization, employees are eligible for paid time off and holiday pay.
