Responsibilities

* – Provide frontline services and general administrative duties such as managing patient fees and billings, issue invoices to patients and to validate payment methods and medical insurance coverage.

– Manage the purchase order process; coordinating with the different functions, getting the required information/documentation until all requirements for PO are completed.

– Stock checking and replenishing medicine stocks.

– To work closely with clinical and operations team to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.

– Provide pre-operative scheduling and coordination services.

– Handle patient queries and feedback.

– Any ad-hoc and admin duties assigned.

** Requirements**:

– ** MUST BE ABLE TO COMMIT TO 6 days work week from 9am to 1pm.**:

– Prior experience in an administrative role would be advantageous.

– Excellent computer literacy with proficiency with Microsoft Office.

– At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.

– Any experience in Clerical/Administrative Support, Healthcare – Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent is a bonus

– Professional, proactive, committed and ability to work independently under tight schedule.

– Possess good

communication

and interpersonal skills.
