Purpose:
To gain a better understanding of the loan origination process within the Credit Union.
Dimensions:
Assist with daily tasks of the Post Closing Services department while learning Post Closing processes.
Duties
:
Develop understanding of Credit Union Post Closing policies and procedures
Process incoming mail for originated and loan files and prepare for Imaging
Complete audits on loan files
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Must be professional, friendly, and courteous at all times in interactions with branch personnel, co-workers, and third parties.
Have accurate typing skills and the ability to concentrate on duties.
Possess an independent work ethic along with excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Be a team player with a helpful attitude to assist others as needed.
Cooperate and collaborate effectively with co-workers.
Adhere to the work schedule and attendance policy set by management.
Be able to comprehend telephone calls and speak English fluently.
Job Environment:
Office setting with proximity to other employees. Some background noise from equipment and phones.
Physical Demands:
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
Involves sitting for extended periods and viewing a computer screen.
Use hands and fingers to operate a keyboard and telephone.
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
