Responsibilities

Proofread documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
Support executives with personal assistant tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Maintain computer literacy to effectively navigate various software programs and tools.
Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
Exceptional proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
Experience in personal assistant roles is a plus.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files efficiently.
High level of computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Strong customer support skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
