Position: Part-time Facilities Coordinator (Temporary, Ongoing) at boutique finance firm ~24 hours per week
Location: New York
Our client, a financial firm in Midtown, is looking for a part-time, temporary Office Admin to work 3 days a week, 6 hours a day in an open-ended assignment. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a great group of people and to build upon your skill set. The individual should have at least 1 year of corporate/office experience. The successful candidate should have a great work ethic and a positive, upbeat attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with stocking kitchen, pantry, and office supplies
Set up conference rooms for meetings
Copying, filing, faxing, and other ad hoc administrative duties
Backup receptionist as needed
REQUIREMENTS
1+ years experience in an office setting
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a team or independently in a fast-paced environment
A “nothing is beneath me” attitude is important!
SALARY
$22-24/hour
HOURS
10am-4pm, 4x a week
