We are looking for a scheduling coordinator that is responsible for reviewing orders, ensuring product delivery, scheduling customers, and following up with customers on their projects. The candidate must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Reviews job orders, labors, answer phones.
Schedule customer installations and confirms appointments and enter dates and times in the system.
Answer phone calls from stores and customers and assist with what is needed for the installation. ยท
Assist with helping installers with issues that arise on the field.
Ensure proper coverage and workload.
Skills
Education and or Experience- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Working knowledge of office equipment
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer skills, knowledge of email, database, spreadsheet and word processing software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Experience:
Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
