Summary
As a Phone Ninja / Patient Care Coordinator, you will be essential in delivering outstanding patient support and ensuring smooth communication within the orthodontic office. Reporting to the office manager, your core skills in administrative support and office experience will be vital in managing patient inquiries and appointments. Your premium knowledge of orthodontic terminology and experience in an orthodontic office will enhance patient interactions. Additionally, relevant skills from dental office experience will further enrich your contributions, making you a key asset in fostering a welcoming and efficient healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional patient care by answering phone calls, emails, texts and scheduling appointments efficiently.
Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality in compliance with orthodontic regulations.
Utilize dental terminology to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
Assist in the daily operations of the orthodontic office, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Collaborate with dental staff to enhance patient experience and address inquiries.
Support administrative tasks, including billing and insurance verification, as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
