We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate individual to join a clinic in Nashville, TN as a Patient Coordinator. The Patient Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing them with assistance and guidance throughout their healthcare experience. This role requires communicating with patients,attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in afast-paced environment.
This role is full time in office.
salary: $18 – $22 per hour

Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for patients, both in person and over the phone.
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits with healthcare providers, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely access to care.
Collect and verify patient information.
Collect payments from patients.
Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork and forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance and support to patients regarding appointment preparation, including instructions for tests, procedures, and medications.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff, to optimize patient care delivery.
Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
