PC Admin Support Jobs in West Point, GA at Hyundai Transys Georgia Powertrain, Inc

This position entails verifying, processing and packing sales orders, screening new accounts, communicating with clientele regarding possible stock or incoming orders as well as clarifying what’s in stock, and coordinating with the warehouse and freight companies to pick-up merchandise.

Job requirements:

Customer service experience with gratifying phone/ in person interaction.
Excellent verbal and written business etiquette.
High degree of organization and weekly client follow-up.
Ability to manage a busy work environment.

A plus familiarity in:

Bill of Lading
Processing customer credit card payments
Invoicing
Microsoft 365
Customer Invoice and Vendor Invoice scanning and filing
QuickBooks and/or Mod2 is a plus
Bank deposits
Ad hoc reporting, creates excel worksheet reports as requested by management
