We are currently partnering with a leading higher educational institution who are recruiting for a People and Culture Administrative Assistant to join their growing team on a temporary basis until the end of July.

This is a full-time position with a negotiable rate based on experience.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Providing proactive administrative support for Learning and Organisational Development activities across the institution including, accurate diary management, clear and responsive communication with attendees and facilitators, and other in-person and online support and liaise with internal and external partners in line with company’s values

Delivering high quality administrative support for ER activities across the company such as accurately and timely organisation of meetings and minute taking, proactively organise of meetings and activities

Preparing and draft high quality correspondence and other communications for action by the People and Culture senior management team

Handling internal and external enquiries from learners, suppliers, partners and other stakeholders promptly and accurately

Establishing, developing and maintaining suitable and accurate filing structures, spreadsheets, databases and other record keeping to enable effective collection of management and learner information

Researching information for the People and Culture senior management team and create presentations and briefing notes as requested

Raising purchase orders and facilitate invoice processing in a timely manner

Demonstrating value and importance of equality and diversity in every aspect of the company’s work and show commitment through everyday practice in the role

Performing other duties consistent with the role as requested, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve the company’s objectives

Experience required:

Delivering accurate and timely minutes for complex and sensitive meetings

Experience of providing high quality administrative support across multiple, organisational sensitive activities

Experience of using analytical and numerical skills to identify and highlight key points from complex material of information

Experience of managing several projects and competing priorities to achieve desired outcomes

Experience of using IT systems effectively to deliver high quality work

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
