Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding new employees.
- Ensure manpower requirements are fulfilled according to hiring targets and timelines.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations matters, including employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Handle disciplinary actions, warning letters, and employee cases in accordance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Manage employee administration, including employment contracts, HR correspondence, BPJS administration, and employee benefits.
- Support training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and performance appraisal processes.
- Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment and Employee Relations.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
- Willing to work full-time onsite in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mass hiring or high-volume recruitment.
- Familiarity with BPJS administration, employment contracts, and disciplinary processes.
- Experience in retail, service, wellness, healthcare, or hospitality industries is an advantage.
