We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support daily administrative and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle communications, and ensure efficient coordination of activities, allowing the employer to focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the employer
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries
- Organize events, meetings, and conferences
- Perform general administrative duties (filing, data entry, document preparation)
- Run errands and manage personal tasks when required
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Coordinate with internal staff and external contacts
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing notes
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable to changing needs
Preferred qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 18 years or older
