Responsibilities:

– Manage and maintain executive’s calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings

– Answer and screen phone calls, taking messages and routing calls as necessary

– Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents

– Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation

– Assist with personal tasks such as running errands and managing household needs

– Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism

Qualifications:

– Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role preferred

– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

– Computer Savy

– Knowlage using execell

– Go getter

-Proper phone etiquette

– Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software

– Familiarity with DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms

– Ability to transcribe meeting notes accurately and efficiently

– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

– Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
