The incumbent will be responsible for being the primary point-of-contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Group. The incumbent would also serve as a liaison to the Executive Committee and Senior Management members in terms of organising, coordinating executive outreach & external relations efforts, as well as overseeing special projects.

Job Responsibilities

• To complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO & COO including end-to-end management of an extremely active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.

• To communicate directly, and on behalf of the CEO & COO with the Executive Committee, Senior Management members, on all corporate matters.

• To provide leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manage a variety of special projects, many of which would have organizational impact.

• To manage critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other specifically assigned tasks.

• To prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and to follow through on projects to successful completion, often with tight deadlines.

• To ensure that the Company meets all due diligence requirements

• Provide external stakeholders with the necessary documentation and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/International Business/any other relevant fields

• At least 3 years of direct experience supporting C-Level Executives

• Strong management skills, leadership abilities, and motivation, with good business acumen

• Ability to influence various levels of stakeholders

• Efficiency and time management

• Well experienced in internal and external communications, partnership development

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms
