Vyral Marketingis hiring a personal assistant in the Spring Hill / Franklin area to help with preparing letters and mailing for our clients.
We ship books and gifts to our customers and prospects.
We want to hire you to put them in a box, address them, and either take them to the post office or schedule a pickup.
Position Overview
This is a contract position paid hourly with flexible hours pretty much anytime (including evenings/mornings/weekends).
You will need reliable transportation to work from our office to, at a minimum, fulfill the mailings.
No experience is necessary.
All training provided.
Responsibilities
Keep track of our customer mailing list and who’s on deck to get a gift
Meet with your manager to decide who we’re going to gift, and what to say
Print letters for the mailing with the message related to the gift
Print envelopes and address them for mailing
Prepare boxes with gifts and address them for mailing
Order a USPS pickup at our location – or – drop them off at the USPS
Track what you mailed in our CRM with a note
Qualifications
Able to come into work at least once a week for a few hours to mailboxes/letters (4-5 hours)
Ideally, you’re able to come in for a shorter time a few days a week (2-3 hours)
Have your own transportation to come into the office
Compensation
$20 an hour on contract
