About the role
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join the team on a Fixed Term Basis until the end of 2024. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of the design studio. You will work closely with the Executive Assistants and assist them in various administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations, including meeting coordination, arranging travel and various ad hoc tasks.
About you
You will have experience in administrative support or similar roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment. You possess great organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels, showing discretion and integrity when handling confidential information. You are a proactive, adaptable individual with a resourceful approach to problem-solving.
