Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, and communicating effectively. The Personal Assistant will also be responsible for utilizing clerical skills to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

Experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficient in diary management and clerical skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Display a professional image at all times

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field

Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information is preferred.

Displaying empathy and compassion towards the client is highly valued.

Work experience with C-suite executives is considered an advantage.
