Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service. You will handle guest inquiries, check-ins, check-outs, and assist with any other guest needs during their stay.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
– Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
– Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
– Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally
– Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
– Assist with resolving any guest complaints or issues
– Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
– Perform night audit duties as required
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills:
– Excellent hospitality and customer service skills
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software
– Knowledge of front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest relations
– Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
