Salary – dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Support to the Directors:
Provide personal and administrative support, managing diaries and schedules.
Organise meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place, including preparation of materials and documents.
Book and organise travel, including flights, accommodation, transport and itineraries
Assist with any tasks or errands as needed to support the Directors day-to-day activities.
Studio Administration Support:
Answer phone calls and redirect as necessary, taking detailed messages where appropriate.
Front of House hosting for client meetings.
Monitor deliveries, ensuring all packages are received, logged, and distributed accordingly.
Help set up for client meetings, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared, and all necessary equipment and documents are available.
Purchase stationery and office supplies, maintaining a well-stocked and organised office environment.
Management of all office building repairs and maintenance.
Book and organise travel for site visits including flights, accommodation, transport and itineraries.
Liaise with suppliers and managing diaries to schedule supplier visits and CPD’s.
Ensure the studio is well presented at all times.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, or similar, is advantageous.
Confidential Support – Maintaining discretion in handling sensitive information and personal matters.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving and day-to-day tasks.
A positive and flexible attitude with a keen willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
5+ years’ experience required.
