Currently, we are looking for aPersonal Assistant (PA)to the Chief People Officer (CPO) in Athens.

The PA to the Chief People Officer (CPO) is a key support role responsible for providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of the office of the CPO. This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and a commitment to supporting the CPO in achieving organizational objectives.

Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team:Calendar Management:

Manage the CPO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Determine the urgency of requests & ensure optimal use of time and resources

Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.

Communication:

Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communication on behalf of the CPO.

Draft, edit, and proofread emails, reports, and other correspondence.

Meeting Coordination:

Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and documentation.

Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Information Management:

Organize and maintain files, records, and documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.

Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and sensitivity.

Project Support:

Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up of special projects and initiatives led by the CPO.

Collaborate with other departments to facilitate cross-functional projects.

Office Operations:

Oversee general office operations to ensure a well-maintained and efficient working environment.

Manage vendor relationships

Prioritization and Time Management:

Prioritize tasks and proactively manage the CPO’s workload to ensure deadlines are met.

Anticipate needs and provide proactive support to enhance the CPO’s productivity.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

At least three (3) years of proven experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably in a corporate setting.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and situations.

Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
