Our client, a leading asset manager, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to support one of our C-Suite Executives. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing the executive’s day-to-day productivity and effectiveness, ensuring smooth operations both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate is a confident self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
***Qualified candidates will be coming directly from a Personal Assisting role to a c-suite executive within finance. Only qualified candidates will be considered.***
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive personal calendar management.
Plan and coordinate all personal/family travel, inclusive of domestic and international flights, hotels, activities, and reservations.
Communicate effectively with estate and property staff.
Actively engage with Board of Directors members on behalf of the executive.
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and follow-up communications.
Serve as gatekeeper and liaison between the executive and internal/external staff.
Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist with personal tasks, errands, and occasional household management duties.
Monitor and prioritize incoming communications (email, phone, mail) and respond on behalf of the executive as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in asset management
Strong knowledge of hotels, restaurants, and social clubs in NYC and surrounding
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Professional demeanor and client-facing confidence
What We Offer:
$115,000 – 130,000 base salary
Competitive, discretionary bonus (15-25% or market average)
Hybrid flexibility in NYC office
