We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative to support our operations and provide top-notch service to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring prompt and professional responses
Assist customers with product or service questions, order processing, and troubleshooting
Manage customer accounts, update records, and process returns or exchanges when necessary
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and other materials for internal use
Assist in managing office supplies, ordering materials, and keeping the office organized
Support special projects and administrative tasks as needed
Ensure all customer communication is accurate, friendly, and professional

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Proven experience in administrative support or customer service roles
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-first attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Experience with customer service software is a plus
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to assist others
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in high-pressure situations
