Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal at Guajardo Injury Law in Austin, Texas. The Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, document review, legal research, drafting pleadings, and motions as part of supporting personal injury litigation cases.
Qualifications
Legal Document Preparation and Document Review skills
Experience in Legal Research, Pleadings, and Motions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of personal injury law and civil litigation procedures
Paralegal certification or degree in Paralegal Studies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum 2 years experience in personal injury litigation in Texas
