Full Job Description

– Provide administrative support to the personnel department

– Assist with various HR tasks, such as employee onboarding and offboarding

– Maintain and update employee records and databases

– Schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment activities

– Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters and employment contracts

– Conduct background checks and verify employment references

– Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping

– Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures

– Coordinate employee training and development programs

– Assist with performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Personnel Director with Human Resources background

– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

– Strong written and verbal communication skills

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PCC

– Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently

– Knowledge of project coordination principles and practices

– Familiarity with computerized HR systems and databases

– Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is preferred

– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Pay: $18.00 – $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
