POSITION OVERVIEW
The Office Administrator role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with strong time management and critical thinking skills. This is a great opportunity to assist our employees with diverse projects and provide general office support.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee general office operation
Greet visitors, answer incoming phone calls, and deliver world-class service to our customers
Exhibit polite and professional communication via
in-person, phone, e-mail, and mail
Schedule service appointments
Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
Assist in accounts receivable and accounts payable
Assist in developing office policies and procedures, and
ensure they are implemented appropriately
General office maintenance duties
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to occasionally lift 100 lbs. +, repetitive bending,
squatting, twisting, and standing
Proven experience as an office administrator, office
assistant or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic
accounting principles
Knowledge of Google Suite and Salesforce preferred
High school diploma
